International Construction Management has miraculously renovated buildings that prior to re-construction were far from habitable. These buildings have been transformed from run down derelicts into villa accommodation for International Embassy Staff.

By utilizing our team of internationally qualified engineering and design personnel we have successfully completed many seismic design and related construction upgrades to large existing buildings that do not comply with international standards.

We ensure that all renovations completed by us include electrical re-wiring and plumbing upgrades throughout the whole building. All of these upgrades are completed so they conform to International Building Codes.

At the completion of all renovations the client is provided with operation manuals of all new equipment.
