International Construction Management Clear Span Buildings

International Construction Management owns and operates our own forming machine. The most common Clear Span forming machine used internationally can only span a distance of approximately 20 meters. Our system enables us to span up to 40 meters wide with an arch three stories high. This rare ability gives us the opportunity to construct extremely large, sturdy buildings that have an extremely long life span at a far reduced cost in relation to conventional construction.

The principal advantage in using this system is the speed that the structure can be completed. A structure 25 meters wide and 30 meters long can be completely erected in approximately 10 days after the initial rafting slab foundation is laid.

This system offers a large range of steel material and colors that can be used ranging from heavy dipped galvanizing to powder coated surfaces. The client has an option to leave the inside surfaces exposed or we can apply a spray on insulation layer vastly reducing the effects of temperature extremes.

These structures can be constructed to cover a multitude of uses ranging from accommodation to storage and factory facilities. International Construction Management has constructed a large range of buildings including airport support facilities, office and administration centres as well as military establishments.
